Lincolnshire's Coastal Gems
Two beaches in Lincolnshire have emerged as standout destinations for summer visits in England, with one claiming the highly coveted top position. The car rental company SIXT undertook the task of compiling a comprehensive list featuring the top 300 beaches across England, drawing data from TripAdvisor.
Mablethorpe Beach secured the distinction of being ranked as the foremost beach to explore during this summer, while Skegness Beach secured a commendable sixth place.
The rankings were meticulously determined based on considerations such as water quality, visitor feedback, the availability of cafes and parking spaces within a 400-meter radius (equivalent to a 5-minute stroll), as well as the presence of lifeguards and on-site restroom facilities.
Mablethorpe Beach was given an overall rating of 8.97 while Skegness Beach achieved a rating of 7.56.
