I first made contact with Karman (Sales Executive) back in December 2023, to enquire about moving my static caravan to the Foxburrow Hang caravan site at Caldecott Hall Country Park from Cornwall. The entire process was managed extremely well.
I was kept updated with everything in the process; the delivery of my static caravan, siting to my chosen pitch, and connection to the services.
The admin process was easy and fully explained when signing license agreement documents.
The entire process was so simple that I moved another static caravan to Foxburrow Hang. Karman was a great help, along with the entire team at Tingdene Caldecott Hall Country Park.

Having met several people across the park already, every single one has been really welcoming and lovely. Andrew (Park Services Manager) came out to chat to us when we popped by, despite the office already being closed for the day.
As a lone parent and not really knowing anyone on the park, this move could have been incredibly daunting for me. Already, your lovely staff have put me at ease.
We are very excited about moving and making new memories on the wonderful Caldecott. I’m incredibly impressed with Tingdene so far.

Our experience with Tingdene at Caldecott Hall Country Park has been nothing but positive.
The park is kept in great condition, and staff members are always polite and helpful - nothing seems too much trouble.
All works carried out on new developments of the park are done to ensure minimum disruption to owners; we are always kept informed of any works happening and any issues are dealt with swiftly.
We would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy a holiday home or looking to move from another park to pay a visit to Caldecott Hall Country Park.

Stephanie and I recently moved our caravan from a nearby large corporate holiday park, to Broadlands Park and Marina in Oulton Broad. The pitch fees at our previous park had doubled over the last 4 years and we felt we weren’t getting the owner services or value for money we expected.
We didn’t need entertainment, just a pool and a restaurant/bar. The hard part was finding a site that would allow a move-on caravan, but we fortunately found Tingdene only a few miles down the road. Broadlands Park and Marina is a small quiet site in a lovely setting on the Broads, with plenty to see and do nearby.
Colin (Sales Executive) has been nothing short of amazing. Nothing has been too much trouble, and he ensured our van was safely moved and sited to our new pitch. The other members of the team have also been so friendly and welcoming; we know we have made the right choice.
Everything seems so professional, and yet relaxed; more of a family than a business. Thank you - we’re looking forward to many wonderful years at our new park.

We first discovered Redcar Beach Caravan Park while walking along the beach, and in 2022 we decided to relocate our caravan from Marton in Middlesbrough - Redcar Beach was our top choice.
We absolutely love the park’s location, with its beautiful beach and the variety of things to do in both Redcar and the nearby village of Saltburn, which is just a 15-minute drive away.
Dan (Assistant Manager), was incredibly helpful and informative during the moving process. Additionally, Amanda (Customer Service) and Simon (Maintenance Operative) are always cheerful and willing to lend a hand whenever we need it.

Tingdene were recommended by a friend on another site; we enquired nearly 5 years ago.
This was our first static caravan and the location is ideal for us with the beach walks and nearby Dales and Moors. In fact, you are barely 20 minutes from beautiful scenery and locations.
We cannot fault any of the team; Dan (Assistant Manager), Amanda (Customer Service), and Simon (Maintenance Operative) cannot do enough for you and are always ready to tackle any problems or enquiries. We also find the local contractor Tony equally helpful.

We first visited Redcar in 2021 for a day trip and decided to invest in a caravan. We reached out in June 2021 and were thrilled to have the keys by August!
We chose Redcar Beach Caravan Park for its ideal location near the beach, golf club, and church. Another key factor for us was the reasonable fees – we appreciated that we weren’t paying for amenities we wouldn't use, like a pool or a bar.
While there is occasional noise from the nearby car park, we’ve reported it to the local council.
Lastly, we must mention Simon (Maintenance Operative). He’s a delightful young man who’s always hard at work and consistently on the go.

When we reached out to Tingdene about moving our caravan onto their site, we were greeted with a really welcoming and informative team.
After our initial meeting, we had a tour around the park and were provided with all the information we could need, and the communication throughout the process was really strong.
I would highly recommend Mablethorpe Chalet & Caravan Park and their fantastic team, who have given us an amazing onboarding experience and consistently provided this since our first day on park.

We were unhappy with our previous site, and we were recommended to Mablethorpe Chalet & Caravan Park from an owner we knew from the site we were on. As soon as we gave the park a call, we knew it was the right decision!
The move on process was smooth, and the staff were helpful and friendly.
As our caravan moved onto the site towards the end of the season last year, we have been unable to take full advantage of the site, as of yet. However, we are happy with what we have seen so far and look forward to spending our time here and making new memories.
Jozef, the General Manager of the Park, helped us the most with bringing the caravan here and we would like to give him a special shoutout for being so kind and friendly. I would give him 5 stars for sorting things out for us!
