Work has commenced on an unused piece of land to the west of Tingdene Broadlands in Suffolk. Once completed the new development will accommodate 40 static caravan holiday home bases with unrivaled views of Oulton Broad.

The land, previously best known for being the home to an array of pink and yellow touring caravans, has stood empty and unused for years. Included in the works are additional 8 hard standing bases which will complete the Aedis development (22 new bases at Tingdene Broadlands) as well as electrical upgrades which are also being carried out to facilitate the extension and growth of the Marina.
